products have an infinite number of configurations and our sales
staff will be happy to work with your engineering and department
heads to design a custom solution at no additional cost. In some
cases our catalogs will include more information. For catalogs

product. Where do I find it?
Our on-line catalog may be searched by part number or product name. if that
does not work, then we suggest using our Feedback
Form and we will help you find what you are looking for. Please be sure to
provide as much information about the product you are searching for as possible.
How do I find prices for your products?
Contract customers have on-line access to pricing. Please use our log-in to
view the products with prices. If you do not yet have a contract
with us, we will be happy to provide a price and also discuss how
we can place your company on contract. Price requests may be made
using our Feedback Form. You may also call us. Calls for pricing are passed
to our sales representatives to ensure you are given the lowest
possible price for the item you are purchasing. A sales representative

Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Can I order your products online? How long
does it take for them to ship?
Eventually we will allow customers to order standard products on line. Those
products that require customization and design
drawings require expert consultation from our sales team.
I have lost the key to my cart or cabinet.

get a replacement?

Please make sure to specify the model number of the item and the key number (the
key number is imprinted on the lock).
I saw an item I already purchased comes
with accessories I did not know about. How do I order these additional
items?

I see that some items allow for custom paint.
What colors do you offer? Can I order a special color?
Many of our products come in custom colors, including our Holmak
Preferred line of carts, and our Lista cabinets. Our on-line catalog
and print catalog both provide color selection details. For more

How do I find out the freight charges for
an order?

What kind of locking and security systems
do you offer on your carts and cabinets?
Many of our carts and cabinets come with a cylinder lock and 2 keys. Depending
on the model, additional options include keyed-alike locking systems, master
locks, hinged lock bars, security shelf battens and E-Lock electronic locks.
Do you ship outside the United States?
All of our products our manufactured in the United States and may be shipped
via common carrier or UPS to Canada, Mexico. We also will accommodate
orders from other continents, including Africa, South America and
Europe.
Do you require a credit application before
accepting the first order?
Yes, we ask that all customers not paying by credit card complete a Credit
Application. Along with the application, we provide the customer
with the applicable DSI vendor information to streamline your accounts
payable department's effort to set DSI up as a new vendor in your
system. As an alternative you may pay by credit card (Visa, MC, Amex).

Is there any charge for returning an item
after it is delivered?
Products accepted for return are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus freight.
This charge will be reduced by 10% with reorder. For more on our return policy
