Product quality, order accuracy and your satisfaction are DSI priorities. When something is not right, for whatever reason, we will make sure to resolve the issue in an expeditious and courteous manner. For more information on our return policy, please see Terms & Conditions.

When notifying us of a return, please provide the following information:

  • Original Purchase Order number
  • DSI Invoice number
  • Model number and description of the item to be returned
  • Quantity to be returned
  • Reason for return

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by telephone

Contact our customer service department between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday thru Friday, at 800-393-6090 to obtain your RMA number.
