Meet the Team

Ali joined DSI in 2023 as the Marketing Manager. Raised in Northern California, she found her true home in San Clemente. Ali is a proud Buff, having been a student-athlete and team captain for the women's volleyball team at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She holds a degree in Design Studies and has extensive experience in design, marketing, and sales. Ali is happiest watching her children play sports, enjoying sunsets along the San Clemente beach trail, and exploring new restaurants. Her diverse professional background and passions make her a valuable asset to the DSI team.

Amy has been DSI's lead CAD engineer since 1998, creating product layouts and supporting the sales team nationwide. She graduated from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After 22 years in Orange County, CA, she moved to Michigan, which she calls home. Amy is a mother to two children and has two Bernese Mountain Dogs. She advocates for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness in memory of her late husband, Mitch Lane. Amy enjoys the outdoors, walking her dogs, and spending time with family and friends. Her work at DSI enhances healthcare efficiency, and she values the company's family-like culture.

Andrew has managed the Southeast Territory for nearly 13 years and currently resides in St. Petersburg, FL with his wife and son. As a Ohio Bobcat at heart, he enjoys running, playing guitar, fishing, kiteboarding, and holding a 100-Ton Master Captains License. Andrew takes pride in maximizing space and increasing staff productivity through effective storage solutions. Having been with DSI since nearly the beginning, he has witnessed the company's growth and development. Andrew values the family-like culture at DSI, which has remained strong despite the company's growth. He is motivated by the legacy of Mitch Lane and strives to contribute to the company's ongoing success.

Bart has been with DSI since 2008, serving as the Territory Manager for Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Ohio, he attended Ohio University, where he wrestled and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing. Currently, Bart lives on a farm north of Columbus, OH with his wife and their two daughters. Bart enjoys hunting, gardening, creeking, fishing, and foraging with his family, as well as supporting his favorite team, Penn State wrestling. His role at DSI involves overseeing sales and customer relationships, ensuring healthcare providers receive top-notch products and services. Bart values the collaborative and innovative culture at DSI, which supports teamwork and employee contributions.

Bonny joined DSI in 2020 and leads the Customer Service team with dedication. Born and raised in Orange County, CA, she now resides in Ladera Ranch, CA. Bonny has two children and loves exploring new places and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach. At DSI, she processes customer purchase orders, collaborates with customers and vendors, and supports the Territory Manager team. Her significant achievement has been enhancing communication within the team and with external partners. Bonny values the family-like culture at DSI, where teamwork and mutual support are paramount. Motivated by learning and overcoming challenges, Bonny is a vital part of the DSI community.

Brian has been with DSI since 2009, developing, maintaining, and servicing accounts in the Midwest and Plains region. Born and raised in Port Clinton, Ohio, he has called Chicago home since 2008 - Go Bears! Brian graduated from Ohio University in 2008 with a degree in Marketing and Sales. He is an avid concertgoer, fisherman, skier, traveler, and exercise enthusiast. Brian's dedication to his role and his diverse interests makes him a valuable member of the DSI team. He is motivated by helping others and enjoys the ‘work hard, play hard’ culture at DSI and values the family-like atmosphere.

Carson lives in Connecticut and oversees the Northeast region, including NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, ME, and NH. He earned his Master’s Degree in Health Care Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University in Long Island, where he was a student-athlete. Carson enjoys time with friends and family, stand-up comedy, hiking, watching movies and is a firm believer that New Haven, CT pizza is the best in the country. Carson is also a huge New England Patriots fan. His passion for healthcare management and his diverse interests makes him a great fit for his role at DSI, where he aims to maximize storage efficiency and improve operational workflows in healthcare facilities.

Chris is the National Accounts Manager at DSI and is based in Ohio. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and International Business. With extensive experience in the sterile processing and medical device industries, Chris brings valuable expertise to his role. His dedication to fostering strong partnerships and ensuring compliance makes him a key asset to DSI. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and their Labrador. Chris loves cooking for his family, running, fishing, hosting friends, and supporting the Bengals. Chris's commitment to professional growth and his vibrant personal life reflects his well-rounded character.

Colin started with DSI in 2012 as customer and warehouse support. In 2019, he began managing the San Diego and Orange County territories. Based in his territory, Colin currently lives in Oceanside, CA with his wife. Together, they have a small Border Collie who joins them on all their adventures, whether skiing, camping, or surfing. Colin is passionate about outdoor activities, enjoying challenges that are rewarding. At DSI, he works alongside healthcare professionals to provide custom storage solutions to unique department issues. Colin is motivated by the opportunity to give back to his community and make a positive impact.

Corey joined DSI in 2018 and oversees Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Atlanta, he played football at Northwestern State University, where he met another student-athlete, his future wife. They currently live in Corey’s territory in Waco, TX with their daughter. Corey enjoys golf and is a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. At DSI, he excels in solving storage problems, significantly impacting customer spaces by ensuring organization and compliance. Corey values DSI's family-oriented culture, which fosters teamwork and support. His motivation comes from managing successful projects and satisfying customers.

Darryl joined DSI in 2020 and is responsible for West Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara County. Originally from Canada, he is now locally based, married with three children, enjoys playing hockey, golf, watching his kids' sports, and supporting the Dallas Stars. Darryl takes pride in his work to make sure his projects are tailored to the customers' storage needs, optimize space, improve workflow, and stay within compliance. Darryl appreciates DSI's people-first culture and its efficiency in helping end-users find the right storage solutions to improve employee safety and productivity, leading to better patient care. Motivated by helping customers and making their lives easier, Darryl is a trusted partner.

Gray has been with DSI since 1996, overseeing parts of Southern CA, Southern NV, CO, and WY. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA he now resides in Ladera Ranch, CA with his wife and has two children. Gray studied Economics at Ohio University and remains an avid Steelers and Penguins fan. His favorite interests include fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with family. Gray is motivated by the desire not to let anyone down and strives to help wherever he can. He emphasizes that DSI excels in handling the heavy lifting, allowing customers to focus on healthcare. Gray's dedication to his work and ability to balance professional responsibilities with personal interests is truly admirable.

Ian Loper manages the Sales & Marketing efforts at DSI since he started with the company in 2015. Ian values professional integrity, teamwork, and commitment. His leadership style reflects the company's culture of working hard and celebrating the achievements, similar to a sports team, where our team plays defense, offense, and celebrates the successes together, emphasizing hard work results in gratification. Ian’s fear of failing drives his motivation to succeed. This mindset stems from Ian’s background as a student-athlete at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he competed on the D1 football team. Born and raised in San Diego, a loyal San Diego Padres fan, Ian now calls San Clemente, CA home. Quiet moments with family, fitness, health, and time spent outdoors, whether it be running along mountain tops or along the coast, is what brings Ian peace.

Jaden began his role as DSI’s new Warehouse Technician in 2024. He is also a full-time student at Saddleback College. Raised in San Juan Capistrano, CA he graduated from San Juan Hills High School. Jaden’s hobbies and interests include having a knack for design and he enjoys fishing and attending car shows. Jaden understands his role of fulfilling orders and scheduling shipments benefits the overall healthcare environment. Jaden is motivated by working with music, primarily early R&B, which makes him feel more productive as well as enjoys the diverse and inclusive workforce at DSI.

Jason joined DSI in 2013 and oversees operations in Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. Born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, he played college hockey at Michigan Tech and later pursued a professional hockey career for many years. Now residing in Mesa, Arizona, with his wife, Jason enjoys coaching, boating, golfing, and spending time with his kids. Known as "Wrighty" at DSI, he excels in sales and problem-solving. Jason values DSI's honest, supportive, and family-like culture, and appreciates the independence and trust given by management. Jason is committed to educating and solving issues for customers in the healthcare ecosystem.

Keri joined DSI in 2010 and is a vital part of the accounting team. Born and raised in Southern California, she enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, attending concerts, visiting Disney parks, pilates, and riding dirt bikes. At DSI, Keri manages Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and collections. Keri sees her role as crucial for ensuring timely payments. She believes DSI's organization contributes to more efficient healthcare. Her proudest achievement was being named Employee of the Year in 2020. She loves the family-like atmosphere at DSI, where everyone spends time together during the day. The presence of dogs in the office adds to the unique and lively environment. Keri is motivated by being a good role model for her daughters.

Manny started with DSI in 2016 and currently holds the responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor, managing order fulfillment and logistics. His role is significant to DSI’s overall production by providing essential storage solutions and enhancing system functionality. He appreciates DSI's flexible, expressive, productive, and diverse company culture. He enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with his wife and kids, spending time outdoors with his dogs, and playing soccer. Manny values being part of a rapidly growing company that meets high expectations.

Martin has been a Territory Manager at DSI since 2002, responsible for Michigan and Indiana. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, he is a die-hard Maple Leafs and Blue Jays fan. Martin played college hockey at Michigan Tech University. He currently lives in Northville, MI with his wife and near their family. Martin is passionate about sports, fitness, and spending time outdoors camping and hiking with his family and their dogs. Martin's role involves selling DSI storage solutions to hospitals and surgery centers, listening to customer’s needs, and finding the best solutions. He values DSI's positive company culture and family-like environment. Motivated by his family, Martin strives for success in both his professional and personal life.

Nathan started with DSI in 2016 as warehouse and order fulfillment support and became Inventory Manager in 2024. He ensures efficient inventory operations, monitors levels, forecasts demand, and maintains supplier relationships. Nathan believes DSI's biggest impact is making hospital staff's lives easier. He values the skills, relationships, and confidence built at DSI, considering his growth a significant achievement. He appreciates the recognition of hard work and the family-like atmosphere at DSI. Motivated by strong family ties, Nathan strives to emulate their hard work. Nathan studied Economics and Mathematics at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Nathan currently resides in Chicago, IL, enjoying running, yoga, and playing hockey as a goalie.

Nicholas is the Territory Manager for Northern California, Northern Nevada, OR, and WA and started with DSI in 2018. He lives in Oakland, CA, with his family, where he was born and raised. Nick is a dedicated Raiders fan who enjoys working out and cooking. Nick attended Fort Hays State University, where he played basketball and majored in Business Management and Administration. At DSI, Nick helps acute healthcare facilities get the necessary storage equipment to perform at their best. He finds joy in the appreciation from nurses and SPD technicians after a renovation is complete. Nick values the hands-on approach of DSI and the opportunity to become a storage expert. He is motivated by his close-knit family and strives to make them proud.

Peter Lane, the founder of DSI, started the company on July 1st, 1990. With the determination to make DSI the best in its niche and a leader in the market, Peter placed value in impacting customers with exceptional service through the proper development of the employees and fostering growth and excellence within the team. Peter believes DSI positively influences the healthcare industry by leading in service, quality of product, supply, and always providing solutions to fit the needs of the customer. The company culture is marked by respect, teamwork, and a willingness to always help others which has created a unique family atmosphere. Peter is an avid reader and sports enthusiast who enjoys playing hockey, golf, skiing, and riding bikes.

Shelley joined DSI in 2019 and excels in various roles including customer service, vendor management, logistics, HR, and government contracts. She is passionate about supporting and removing obstacles for the service and sales teams and has a high level of pride and mutual respect for her work and colleagues. She graduated from Ohio University and currently resides in California with her husband. Shelley loves to travel, enjoys spending time at the beach in the summer, skiing in the winter, and being with her family all year round. She appreciates DSI's empowering culture, which allows employees to work as if they are running their own business. Joining DSI feels like joining a family, thanks to its family-owned nature.

Skyler has been the Mid-Atlantic Territory Manager at DSI since 2016. He was born, raised, and currently resides in Annapolis, MD with his wife, sons, and their dog. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology. Skyler enjoys golfing, hiking, camping, live music events, and supporting local sports teams. Skyler states DSI’s impact is seen with the solutions provided to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and contribute to the overall success of the hospital. The results DSI delivers also make a lasting impact on the customers, helping them thrive in their main mission - patient care. Skyler values DSI's close-knit, familial culture and is motivated by his family and friendly competition with colleagues.

Steve joined DSI in 2018 and manages the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. He excels in assisting customers optimize storage spaces, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows. Steve views his role as crucial in the healthcare ecosystem, providing storage systems that enable quick retrieval of supplies, essential for high-quality clinical care. Trevor has been with DSI for over 30 years and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer focusing on strategy, product innovation, and daily operations. Raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, he graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993. Trevor lives in CA with his wife and has two children. He enjoys reading Tom Robbins, Kurt Vonnegut, and Stephen King, along with surfing, hockey, travel, snowboarding, and coffee. At DSI, Trevor empowers his team to drive success, emphasizing partnerships and solving customer problems. His significant achievement is helping build the current team. He values DSI's family-like culture, which fosters health, happiness, and success. His motivation has evolved from fear of failure to providing opportunities for his employees to thrive.

Wendy has been with DSI since 2004, managing all financial operations. She holds a CPA license and a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho. Wendy enjoys teaching college courses and loves traveling with her husband and three kids. Her interests include hiking with her dog, reading, coffee, and birdwatching. Wendy values DSI's diverse minds and backgrounds, the high level of support, and passion for serving customers. She sees her role as impactful to improving patient care and outcomes. Wendy is motivated by being of utility to the greater good and appreciates the strong collaborative environment at DSI.
